Who is GoodSite.co for?
GoodSite.co is exclusively for registered nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations. Proof of 501(c)(3) or equivalent status is required during intake.
What platforms do you support?
WordPress, Drupal, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, Elementor, Cloudflare, SharePoint, and more. If your site is on it, we can likely help.
How does async support work?
You book a free 25-minute diagnostic call, we talk through what's going on, and we follow up with a written estimate. Once you approve it, work happens on our end and updates come in writing.
What's included in a SitePack?
A SitePack is $600 for 10 prepaid hours ($60/hr). Use them for any combination of fixes, updates, or page builds. Hours don't expire. Priority support included.
What if I just need one small thing?
We offer hourly work at $65/hr, billed per written estimate. Approve the estimate and we get to work — no minimum commitment.
How long does work take?
Most fixes are completed within 3–5 business days of estimate approval. Larger requests may take longer — we'll always tell you upfront.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's what the diagnostic call is for. It's free, 25 minutes, and no commitment. We'll review your site and tell you exactly what we'd recommend.
